![]() | I’ve read about half of the recipes in the Trim Down Cookbook and am wondering if dairy products that are not raw can be used instead. Also, I’m a well-controlled diabetic and I love oat meal. However, I’m reluctant to eat it because it always spikes my glucose levels. I usually use a little skim milk and some cinnamon on it. I’ve about decided it’s a food I may have to give up. Any suggestions? Thanks. I’m just getting started with this plan. |
