Since the program is designed as a lifestyle change, it is hoped that the whole family will get involved – therefore the recipes accommodate more than one person.

If you want the recipe for one person, you have a couple of options:
1. Make the recipe as is and freeze additional portions for later convenience.
2. Scale down the recipe – most are for 4-8 portions, so you can divide the ingredient amounts by 4 or 8 (or just by half if you do want to freeze some of it)

why are the recipe so big when im the only one using on the program
