I have two recipes for Peanut butter cookies in our forum in Talking,Cooking, Nana’s and &Women and a few men!!

I’ve made them with Almond butter, I put about a quarter of the xylitol in and they were fine. The almond butter is naturally sweeter than peanut butter and I can’t use peanuts.

This is the only recipe for cookies that I could find. Tried them today with limited success; could taste the sugar substitute and they took longer to cook than was indicated. Very expensive too. Has anyone tried them?
