Hi, pshepherd. The levels are from 1 to 5, with 5 being the healthiest. The criteria for the levels include freedom from artificial and otherwise undesirable ingredients, wholeness, impact on metabolic hormones, and health contribution to the body.

Is there somewhere I can read about the different health levels? I noticed a few recipes had this. How many levels are there, is there a certain number one should stay within per meal or per day, etc Thank you
