Real Butter ok?

Ossie-Sharon 10 years ago | Hi, jbail31. If you can find pasture-raised butter, that would be better than the Flora product, which still has hydrogenated fats in it. I would suggest to gradually cut back on any such spreads, and use more good oils such as olive, organic canola, or macadamia (it has a somewhat buttery flavor). |
jbail31 10 years ago | Is real butter better than using Flora’s Pro-Activ spread. I have been using this for quite a while and it has lowered my cholesterol levels. Should I continue or start using butter instead? |
Ossie-Sharon 12 years ago | Real butter is preferrable to most margarines, but still – in moderation. There is nothing quite like the taste of butter, and enjoying life is healthy, too 🙂 |
