![]() | Hi, Beth. In that case, I suggest to get all your vegetables at meals for which you can cook, and eat fruit at your two day snacks so that they can be convenient. |
![]() | Hi, yes cooked veg is no problem. but for me a snack needs to be something I can put in a pocket & eat when I get an opportunity to do so. I am finding eating so many times a day is quite a problem & often snacks get missed out completely. |
![]() | Hi, Beth. Can you eat cooked vegetables? |
![]() | Your dietary buttons are not useful because they do not cover my problem. I get violent indigestion if I eat raw cellulose as in lettuce, coleslaw or other uncooked veg. So including veg in snacks is not workable for me, I usually have fruit instead which I am assuming is OK. |
