Organic fortified dairy(preferrably skim without added milk solids) is the best alternative.

Hello, I was looking through the receipies, and they state raw milk and raw cheese as ingredients. In Ontario, Canada we cannot get the raw product. What can I use as a substitute for these products in my receipies?? Thanks
