I’ve been coming across some pretty awesome recipes that omit sugar/substitutes completely. Instead, the recipes are sweetened by natural items like Banana’s, pumpkin, sweet potatoes….etc.
I’m going to try a cookie recipe tonight that has no flour in them, and calls for Black Beans instead.

Hi, Hopeful2014. It is much better than refined white or brown sugar, and a bit better than whole evaporated can juice, but not better than coconut sugar.
