Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Raw butter is dairy butter made from milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized. You can try to find a source through http://www.realmilk.com/where.html, or just buy organic dairy butter. You can also substitute with a good oil such as olive, organic canola, hazelnut, almond, chia, avocado, or flax, depending on the flavor combination. |
Jtrix53 11 years ago | Hi, many recipes on the Trim Down Club have raw butter as an ingredient – is there a particular raw butter I should be looking out for? I live in the UK and I’ve found lots of raw butters like almond butter. Is this ok to use? |
