Hi, Danger. It may be the increase in exercise, but give it time – so far it is just one day. If it becomes a regular thing, compare it to how you look, and please do repost.

Okay, since I started my diet three weeks ago, I have been finding that I’ve never once felt hunger. There’s plenty on the menu to eat, and often I skip the evening snack because I just don’t feel like I need it (if it’s seeds or something, I just throw some on a salad with my evening meal so I get whatever nutrition I need from it).

Today however, for the first time in three weeks, I was absolutely STARVING. I had a normal breakfast. I couldn’t WAIT for my mid morning snack. Then I was counting the minutes til lunchtime. I was fine after that, but the morning was difficult to get thru for some reason.

I don’t know why this has happened – unless the increase in exercise is changing my dietary needs? Or is that I’m just getting used to eating the quantity of food (which is significantly more than I was eating before) – and now my body is expecting it at certain times? For the first time today, I nearly dove in to a chocolate cupcake someone left laying out…just needing someone to eat it….and that someone was almost me!

HELP!
