Hi, Indcieri, and welcome. In the toolbar above your finished menu, click on “Exchange view” to see your allotted exchanges of each food group for each meal and day. You can compare it to this: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. According to your specific needs, you would get about 90 grams each of protein and fat, and 270 grams of carbohydrates.

I am just starting this plan. Is there a listing of how many gms of protein, etc. we are supposed to have each day? Also, is it okay to repeat a meal on more than one day? In other words, can I repeat Sunday’s breakfast on another day?
