I use 100% Stevia. This is not in stores but you can find it on-line. It seems expensive but it last for months and months. I use a little less than 1/16th of a teaspoon in my coffee. And, I like really sweet coffee.

I’ve read several other posts on the forum that recommend Stevia. Should be able to find it in the grocery store near the other sugar substitutes.

Free spreads are free! You can use them freely with meals. Here is a list of “free spreads” – https://www.trimdownclub.com/free-spreads/

Hi, Pattypoo. Another option is to click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu – you will see your exchanges there.

Hi mollieoswald,
After you create a menu, you will have the option to create a Grocery List (shopping list) based on your foods in your menu plan.
Best 🙂

Hi PattyPoo2,
You will be able to find the basics of the plan in our Quick Start Guide in the My Downloads area. While creating your own individual meals, it is important to meet your nutritional needs which are listed in the switch a meal interface.
Best 🙂

I am new to TDC. Is there a blueprint for creating my own meals (such as breakfast = 1 protein, 1 starch, 1 fruit, etc.)? This would help tremendously when I am eating at others’ homes or in a restaurant. I haven’t found anywhere on the site where the basics of this plan are laid out.

Thanks for the info. It definitely will help. Hoping for the same success I had last year….another 20 pounds. My doctor was impressed with the trim down club and was going to check it out…..if she liked it she was going to start recommending it to all her older patients! She is happy with the progress I have made and likes my enthusiasm to lose it slowly….20 pounds per year. I may evrn be able to cut back on my blood pressure medicine when I lose the next 20. Thank you again for your support! !

Hi, Cleanlady. Uncured poultry ham is a ham-like food made from chicken or turkey that does not contain artificial nitrites.
