Hi, Maria. Are you referring to the “Feeling Lucky” feature? When you get your menu, see the items next to a covered plate icon – these are recipes. As for the rest, they are just a list of foods, which you can prepare as you wish, hopefully employing the healthy cooking methods encouraged win this program (see the program overview in “My Downloads ). If something doesn’t suit you, just click on the circular arrow logo next to the item, and a swap list will pop up.

I do love this whold diet idea. I lostt 3 lbs the first week. However, I think I am missing something (and I feel a little stupid). I used the random menu planner and it tells me what to eat, then when do those other recipees come into place? It seem like I am eating weird combos of things but again I think I am missing something…
