Hi Ossie-Sharon, Thanks for answering. I am not eating much wheat, but nearly all the whole grain items I buy have some wheat in them (waffles, SWG breads, etc.) I am happy with the weight loss I am achieving so relieved to hear I don’t have to now look for even harder to find items!

Hi, Nancy. That is just for people who are sensitive to wheat – which is not everyone. If that particular option does not suit you, no pressure, no worries. Keep in mind that there is a “gluten-free” option for the Trim Down Club, which eliminates wheat from your menus, so you can do both if you want 🙂

Hi, I just read an article/advertisement about the FAT BURNING KITCHEN ebook that was sent via the TDC. I am a little confused as the article, to my understanding, says we should eat no wheat at all. I realize you probably sell ad space and forward these things but this one seems to contradict what is on my diet list. I don’t know whether to buy that ebook and switch to his diet or stay on yours. Please help clarify. I am losing weight on your diet plan, but don’t want to be damaging my health at the same time.
