![]() | I read something recently that said non-fat or skim milk wasn’t as healthy for you as 1% or 2% milk. Does anyone know what components would be in skim milk that would make it less healthy? Also, I notice feta cheese is always quoted in the menu as goat’s milk cheese. Does it make any difference if it’s made from cow’s milk? |
