![]() | Hi, Alison. No, soy is fattening WHEN it is processed, and simple items like soy milk and ancient foods like tofu, tempeh, and natto are not included in this – they are fine if the soy is organic. Quorn is controversial, but if you’re not allergic to it, it’s fine once in a while. |

![]() | Hi, if soy is fattening because it is processed, I assume that also goes for soya milk? And is it the same also for other vegetarian processed foods such as Quorn? |
