Hi, Trishness. A cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. It is a bit more than a tea cup.
With regard to the foods, don’t worry about diving into anything with which you are unfamiliar. Just base your menus on foods you know, and hopefully you can upgrade to unrefined versions. If you wish to try the others, that’s fine, but no pressure. They were selected from around the world for their unique support of healthy weight management, but are available in the UK. I am struggling to, I seem to be spending all looking at what can eat, but not u standing it much. As for the cup I was wondering that too

Sorry to all you folk who have probably been asked a million times about this, but what is a cup? I take it its a tea cup – so I found my largest one then thought .. do you want to lose this weight or are you just playing? So swapped for a small cup then thought am I depriving myself of nutrients?
I’m also struggling a bit with some of the foods on the list, I have never heard of some.
It’s quite an adventure, this diet stuff, I think!
