Ossie-Sharon 10 years ago | Hi, Kelly. We would prefer you use whole foods instead of powdered shakes, as they do tend to be rather processed and high in sugar or artificial sweeteners. However, you can make your own by blending dairy or substitutes with fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc., and there are some similarly made organic products on the market (such as Garden for Life), and those are fine. |
