![]() | Hi, CindyMS. Everyone has different nutrient needs. For you, your allotment would be about 80 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbohydrates, and 70 grams of fat. Since your protein needs are covered by that, you don’t really need a supplement. We generally recommend not to use isolated protein powders, but rather to use whole foods. Is there a specific reason you want to use the powder? |
