Oh, and thank you for offering to run an analysis for me, that would be great. What information do you need?

Btw, I am a Sharon also. 🙂

Thank you, I appreciate your answer, Ossie-Sharon.
I really enjoy my protein shakes, so would like to keep having them. I am very close to my daily allowance (according to what this sites says I am supposed to have) for total amount of protein every day.
I find this site confusing. From this page, I do not see the link to go to my menu page. Also, after you add several ingredients to make a meal, how do you add it to a daily meal? Thanks for your help!

Hi, Snowbird17. Protein power isn’t a choice, because we prefer to encourage whole foods. Even if you don’t eat meat, you are likely getting enough protein. If you want, I can run an analysis for you.

Hi Rubytwoshoes, I think it is very healthy. My daily goal is 60 grams of protein, and the protein powder adds 15 grams. I make sure I don’t go over the 60 grams daily I am supposed to have. I don’t eat meat and find that adding a protein drink brings me up to the amount of protein I am supposed to have. Cheers!

Hi snowbird, I have heard that whey powder is way to much protein unless you are a weight lifter big time. Don’t know if this is true, what do you say?

Just joined yesterday so am trying to find my way around the site for answers to all my questions.
I do not see Protein Powder as a choice, why is that? Every morning for breakfast I have a scoop of Protein powder, a banana and 1 cup of Low Fat Almond milk.
