Hi, Joannemarie. Once in a while it’s fine, but uneven eating during the day isn’t usually so great for your system (though neither is constant deprivation!). 100% whole grain/wholemeal bread is best, yes.

Hi, could you save all your proteins, in one day up, to have at the end of the day? I ask this, as I have a bbq to attend soon? Thank you
