Hi, fedaelassaad. The results vary widely for people, depending on past dieting history, genes, and how much you exercise. In general after the first 3 weeks or so, the goal is an average of one pound per week – but again, no promises can be made. Just do your best, and remember that slow weight loss has more potential for being sustainable.

Hi can somebody tell me how many pound I should b loosing per week following the trim down menu??
I have 50lbs to loose and I would like to know my projection time pleasssssssssssssssssse
