Hi, abccarpet. Popcorn that is “natural” (without flavoring) is fine – it is better that you buy it that way, then add your own natural seasonings; about 2 cups is a portion. Green beans are not “free,” but a whole cup cooked would be a vegetable exchange. “Free” means that the caloric value is so low, that a reasonable portion won’t make a difference to your weight – but many, such as leafy green vegetables, have a lot to offer nutritionally.

can i have popcorn for snacks ? can i have green beans are they a free. what does free items mean? thank you martha as you can tell i am new at this as well with the computer
