Hi Glenda,

To update your avatar, please follow these steps:

1. Login to https://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage, simply left click on your username to get into your profile page
3. Next, left click on “Change Avatar”
4. Then, click on “Browse” and locate the image on your computer you wish to upload. Then, after you find the image you want to use, simply click Open
5. Now, click on “Upload Image”
6. Next, scroll down, and crop your avatar. Then, click on “Crop Image” to save your new profile picture

Still can’t figure out how to upload my photo. I only have it on facebook, maybe that is the problem, would contact my daughter who is a photographer and good at these things, but I don’t want her to know I am doing this until I have better results to show her – it has only been a week and a half for me
