Hi, jai1005. On days that you work out, I suggest to increase your overall intake by 1/4 to 1/3, depending on the amount of time. Snacks are generally designed to be sources of protein and carbohydrates, so larger versions before and after workouts should help support your system.

I’m trying to mix my new trim down club menus with my daily crossfit workouts. These workouts are extremely intense, and I’m not sure how to make sure I get enough carbs and protein post workout to allow my muscles to recover. I’m also concerned my menus aren’t going to give me enough food/energy to make it through 5 crossfit workouts per week.

Any suggestions?
