![]() | Hi, jai1005. On days that you work out, I suggest to increase your overall intake by 1/4 to 1/3, depending on the amount of time. Snacks are generally designed to be sources of protein and carbohydrates, so larger versions before and after workouts should help support your system. |
![]() | I’m trying to mix my new trim down club menus with my daily crossfit workouts. These workouts are extremely intense, and I’m not sure how to make sure I get enough carbs and protein post workout to allow my muscles to recover. I’m also concerned my menus aren’t going to give me enough food/energy to make it through 5 crossfit workouts per week. Any suggestions? |
