![]() | Hi Ossie-Sharon thanks foer the reply. Yes I have been having much more fibre than before. I will try cutting back on the fibre as you suggest. I always drink at least 2 litres of water per day plus mint tea and black coffee, I hope that will be enough. Although I’m eating different meals the content is similar except for the fibre. I don’t think I’m intolerant to anything I’m eating at the moment. |
![]() | Hi, Belle. Are you eating foods you’re never eaten before? There may be a latent intolerance that is now coming to light. See if you can think of anything like this. |
![]() | Hi there, I’m getting into the diet and realise I wasn’t eating enough and I’ve sorted that out but now I feel nausea whenever I’ve eaten. I don’t vomit but the nausea is there for some time after eating no matter what time of the day. Is anyone else suffering with this and does anyone know how to fix it please? |
