We definitely agree that you should be dining together. Assuming you have similar activity levels, he needs a little more than one-third more than you.

My husband doesn’t have a weight problem (I now have achieved my weight goal!- – thank you, Trim Down Club!), but he would like to eat right along with my menus so I won’t have to cook him different things. How can I adjust the portion sizes for him? He is age 70, height 6 ft., weight 160 lbs., and has an active workday.
