| | Hi, Kerryann. If it is that much oatmeal+milk, it is cooked oatmeal, and generally, 3/4 cup of each, or 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of milk – whatever suits you. It is recommended to get about 3 cups of milk or other dairy per day (or equivalent of cheese or non-dairy sources of calcium). |
| | This is my first very confused week!! For breakfast the menu states 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal + milk. Is that uncooked or cooked oats & how much milk. Is there a set amount of milk a day? |
