 Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Pork is listed as ham, cold cuts, and frankfurters, but of course fresh pork can be substituted for other meats ounce for ounce – but do be sure it is very lean. Oysters can be substituted for other seafood ounce for ounce (shell-free weight) as well.
