Yes, the intention is for you to eat all of it. Note the portion sizes and types of foods – it is not a large amount all together, but it provides a lot of variety to ensure your nutritional needs are being met and hunger will be prevented.

1 cup of Mixed Green Salad [Click for another alternative]
1 ounce of Tuna, Canned in Water [Click for another alternative]
1/2 Pita Bread, Large, White [Click for another alternative]
1 ounce of Cheese, Raw Milk, Hard [Click for another alternative]
1/4 cup of Hummus [Click for another alternative]
1/2 cup of Green Peas [Click for another alternative]

Above is what i’m supposed to have for lunch on a monday.
I do understand that I can change things, as said in brackets. But am I supposed to eat all of above for lunch?
