| | Hi Ladies |
| | Hi Lara. Yes I agree I found it strange as well. In fact when you view the total foods listed, where you have to choose 5 or more from each category to create your own Menus, you will see all the 5 no no’s there. I am trying to cut out carbs, especially bread & potatoes which are my worse enemy. I have had bran flakes some days for breakfast with yogurt, must be better than muffins & pancakes. If I have eggs I want toast. Their breakfast menus I think are a bit odd. Will try porridge this week. GOOD LUCK & keep us posted. |
| | Hi Chris and all I just joined today and looked through the menu examples and also surprised to see at least 2 of the 5 foods NOT to eat – popcorn for snack!! and Muffin for breakfast. I think we need to be sensible and understand they try to taylor for all tastes including the ones with bad habits but we are not like that.. so i would never have a muffin anyway, never mind for breakfast and just have an apple or orange instead. I also noticed that cereals are in t he menu, knowing that most of them are corn based – it seems strange, by the way green fruits like apples are better than red ones. I see what options the menu will give me. Good luck to all of us! |
| | Hi Deborah, thanks. I need to get reading and more organised. It’s difficult for shopping as I am 28 mile round trip to the nearest town/city. Still no excuse. |

| | Hello and welcome, if you are not sure to start there is loads of helpful information on the menu planner and much more at http://blog.trimdownclub.com/60-day-challenge/ |
| | 1/8 – Hi Delphy. It is always best to go to their web site using a browser, I use Google chrome rather than use a link on their emails. If you go their home page and click on Apps you will find your charts, menu planner and recipes. 2/8 – I have just discovered their 14 day quick start plan where you click on all the foods you like and Menus appear. Also there are several books and articles to download for starters which I downloaded late last night. Only wish I had seen them 2 days ago. I have sent them an email via their web site and am awaiting a reply, I understand they are based in the U.S. so it might take some time. Chris |

| | For those of you that don’t know where to find the menu planner, I finally found it. Sign in, click on APPS , then menu planner. Then go down to start planning menu. |
| | I also joined a few days ago and can’t find how to access anything other than this forum!! |
| | Hi I signed up yesterday and started today. I have managed to navigate the web site but it will take a while. What worries me, in their initial add on the internet it states 5 foods not to eat. I have had a quick glance at their receipes and was shocked to see some of these foods including Tofu & soya. I am also finding the breakfast Menus confusing as they mostly seem to consist of Muffins, pastries and breads using flour & wheat, all of which I don’t want to eat. These breakfast Menus seem to be aimed at the American market. Eggs I enjoy but then I will want toast or bread. Does anyone agree ? |
| | Hi Ozziesmom, |
| | I just joined and very confused. Can someone help me find my way around this plan. I can’t find the menu planner . Also, do you have to eat what is on the 60 day challenge for each week, or can you use the meal planner , if someone can tell me where to find it. Thx |
