Hi, awlwgettingfit. The most effective technique is to change your exercise program to work a new set of muscles, or to increase the pace, amount, or frequency, depending on how much you’re doing now (for example, if you are already at 2 hours every day, increasing is not the answer, but if it is only 20 minutes 3 times per week, there is some wiggle room there).

My husband and I have been doing this eating plan for about 6 weeks. While we had pretty good initial results in that I lost 10 pounds and he lost 8 after about 3 weeks we have now been stuck at a plateau weight. Are there any suggestions on overcoming that obstacle.
