Hi, hesfry. How long have you been on our plan? Have you been on restrictive diets in the past? If you have, your metabolism may have slowed, and it may take a little extra to get it going again.
Other than taking inventory of what you’re doing and making sure there aren’t any missteps, physical activity is the first measure to take when hitting a plateau. Are you active? If so, what is your method/regimen? Sometimes changes can help. Regarding your menu, have you tried other types of regimens, such as intermittent fasting?
