Other than taking inventory of what you’re doing and making sure there aren’t any missteps, physical activity is the first measure to take when hitting a plateau. Are you active? If so, what is your method/regimen? Sometimes changes can help. Regarding your menu, have you tried other types of regimens, such as intermittent fasting? |
