Hi, Davethern. There are actually quite a few Clubmembers in your spot. Just turn your meal schedule around so that, for example, you are eating breakfast just before work, and dinner and your last snack just before you retire for the day/night.

so question how does this plan work for people who work nights – 4 nights on and 3 off
please let me know how i can make this work….Dave
