![]() | Hi everyone, I just signed up and I’m already confused. I went through the menu planning and created a menu. BUT, as an example for my dinner menu, I got this: 4 oz lean beef, 1/3 cup rice, 1 tablespoon bbq sauce, 1 serving of vegetables and 1 tsp coconut oil. Am I supposed to come up with a recipe using these ingredients? My family will not be happy if I put all these ingredients on a plate and said here’s supper…..lol. Please help! |

![]() | I am new to the program, is there a reason behind where the fruits and vegetables are placed in my daily menu. Fruit appears in my breakfast, morning snack and late snack. I would like to change the late snack fruit to the afternoon snack. Would this be okay? |
