Hi, pjo2015. I suggest you use the full Menu Planner application, where you can select the foods you like and omit the ones you don’t. If you consider yourself a picky eater, you may really get great use out of it :).

I am having a hard time planning out my menu because I don’t like or can’t eat cheese, only egg whites, can’t stand seafood, it would be a heck of a lot easier if I liked so many more foods. Is it going to effect my weight loss because of this?
