Hi, rrjones, and welcome. We have an extensive collection of pescatarian recipes! Just click on the Recipes link on the home page, then enter related terms in the search box – things like fish, salmon, trout, tuna, code, mussels, clams, etc.
As for workouts, you can find some in the 8-Week Plan ( toward the ends of the pages for Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7. You may also like the external products we highly recommend, such as Warrior Made ( and One an Done ( &aff_sub=sh). Both have something for every fitness level.

I’m looking for assistance with finding inexpensive pescatarian recipes and workouts that I will stick to for my weight loss journey. I’m a beginner.
