![]() | i read this every day all day. realized if i was completely sure of the right combinations to keep this diet intact if i vary from the menu would be a mind easer. are there a certain amount of carbs, protein, fiber and fat this requires per meal or per day. sometime i just wanna clean up leftovers and afraid i am going awry. so would like the combos per meals or per day. thankyou. |
