Hi, Helen. Yes, you can eat as much as you want of a free vegetable, and substitute any of them for any vegetable on your menu. Just be sure to get a variety.

Is it ok to eat any amount of “free veg” from the list along with other prescribed veg in a particular meal or should I just stick to the prescribed veg?
