| | Hi, Melinda, and welcome. If the pasta is whole grain, it is excellent. If you are only used to white pasta, I suggest starting with something mild like brown rice pasta (be careful not to overcook it). If the taste/texture changes are too much at first, you can mix it with white pasta in gradually diminishing proportions until it is 100% whole grain. |
