I would be more than happy to help you with the diet aspect – I just need a little bit of information. Are you taking medication, i.e. levodopa? If so, what and what is your medication schedule during the day? Do you have any side effects, i.e. constipation? How mobile are you? Walking? Do you have any trouble swallowing? Other effects? What are your tremors like (intensity, frequency)?
