Hi, you two. We recommend to take it all slow – no cold turkey, and no trying to be perfect, especially at the beginning. Ease into the program making little changes – just do a little better than you did before each time you eat something. Be patient, and don’t worry about errors in your trial-and-error or any backslides. Small changes will add up and become second nature. Note also that even if the process goes very slowly, it will ultimately still take less time than it did to gain the weight.

Well I already paid for this so I’m gonna try and work on it. There were things I couldn’t find. Don’t give up.
Do you have any idea what a dried tomato spread is?

I’m overwhelmed too!! I haven’t even gone to the grocery store yet! Already thinking of running to Trader Joes to grab something for lunch. Lol!

I jus started n am reading meals n times for snacks all the preparing is scaring me already information overload afraid of all this…. Is anybody else feeling like this?
