Low-fat or non-fat dairy, especially organic unprocessed milk is ideal, together with sources of vitamin C such as citrus, and deep green leafy vegetables.

I have osteoporosis and wonder what foods should I consume every day to help build/rebuild my bone. I have been on osteoporosis drugs and become unable to lift a cup of coffee. It was also extremely painful.If I can I would like to repair the damage without drugs. I have found some exercises that are to help so will be doing them also. Thank you for any help you can give.
