emmafroud 11 years ago | take it slow and replace things as they run out,i try to use everything as natural as possible but its not always possible |
bobbib 11 years ago | This isn’t the way I eat – Im trying to change, but it’s expensive. Do I have to follow the whole day or can I substitute in the combinations of carbs, fruit, protein and vegetables? What happens if I use regular skim milk or regular butter? |
