![]() | Hi, agpie. That does look strange – if you noted that you are a medium build, did you note that you have an apple shape? If not, then your optimal weight is closer to 58 kg. If you do have an apple shape, the system would drop your goal weight by 10% to protect you from metabolic disease. If that doesn’t suit you, that’s fine – and that’s why the goal weight field can be overwritten with whatever you like. |
![]() | hi.. i weight 66kg at the moment and am 167cm and medium boned with a sporty build. I would like to lose about 5kg as usually this makes me look quite slender and is a good weight for me. When I did my profile it said my optimal weight would be 52kg. I think this is ridiculous so I’m not sure if there is something that hasn’t been taken into account but if I was insecure about my body image that would be a real knock to me and would be very unhealthy if i tried to lose 14kg.. |
