 Webster 11 years ago | I’m not really sure how this works so hope I’m doing it right. Am feeling pretty sad right now about not yet really starting. It helped that yesterday I got an email encouraging me to start with one new thing so my ONE NEW THING is eating pomegranate seeds. Had never eaten them til a few days ago. Bought some and watched a couple videos about how to open them, etc. I’ve heard lots of good things about them so am giving them a try…..and I actually like them….:-) If there is anything to be cautious about (such as eating too much of them or interference with Metformin), please let me know where to check that out further. |
