Please see our guide on “Staying Strong When the Routine is Gone” – it is exactly for that situation. You don’t have to use the recipes, just build your menu planner from “ready-made” whole/healthy foods, i.e. beans, nuts, fruits, vegetables, low-fat/organic dairy, etc.

I have been on the road with my husband now for about 9 months.I have noticed that I have put on about 20 extra pounds that are not wanted or needed. I’m looking for healthy eating habits with limited cooking. I do not have a stove or oven so its hard to fix a lot of these menu items. I need tips and or tricks to losing weight fast and easy please!!!!! thanks in advance
