Hi, Cherubeyes. Olives are an important source of fat for ketogenesis, so it is preferable that you swap them for something. For each tablespoon of olives (about 3 medium), you can use a teaspoon of nuts, 1/2 teaspoon of nut/seed butter (such as tahini) or regular butter, or 1/2 tablespoon of avocado or sour cream.

Hi, I don’t know how to comment on the actual recipe pages.
I don’t like olives. Does it matter if I miss them out? What can I use instead?
