Hi, Beckyros. Extra-virgin olive oil is the most recommended. Because it isn’t always user-friendly for sweet foods, organic unprocessed canola oil or ISIO-4 oil are preferable and taste-free; other healthy oils, but with mild nutty tastes, including almond and hazelnut.

If I were to have a bottle every type of oil in the recipes, I would be out of space. Are the lists of oils to substitute for some of the more exotic ones? I never saw avacado oil.
